A talented, multi-disciplined and award-winning Creative Director with a proven 25 years’ experience within prominent Marketing Communications Agencies across brand experience, shopper & retail, advertising, brand activation, social, branded content
and E-comm.

A focussed team leader, manager and player; possessing a particular skill and passion for delivering powerful and strategically strong ideas and the development/motivation of a team to achieve full potential. Working with the agency board, managing creative departments with an inspiring, hands-on approach, an art director by trade with a strong copy influence. A passion for creativity, problem solving and ultimately finding the
big idea.

As Creative Director, I was responsible for the development and delivery of the highest quality creative work across the agency and the running of the creative department, ensuring excellence in both concept and execution. A spokesperson for the creative product of the agency and a leader of creative vision.

This entailed strengthening and expanding key client relationships while spearheading award-winning campaigns across shopper marketing, retail, e-commerce, social media, and brand experience for clients at local, regional, and global levels. Additionally, Ieading strategic and creative initiatives for major global brands such as Vodafone, Brown-Forman, and Philips.

As well as the responsibility for driving numerous new business wins including Diageo, Warburtons, Philips, Nicorette, Lay’s and Jacobs Douwe Egburts. I was also instrumental driving cohesive collaboration with partner agencies such as Leo Burnett, Oglivy and TBWA, to ensure flawless ‘joined up’ creative.

Upholding the agency’s commitment to excellence, I contributed to industry awards judging and collaborated with clients to deliver thought leadership pieces to
industry bodies.

Empowering the teams and nurturing new creatives is a core passion of mine.
I spearheaded a programme to identify and develop emerging talent, crafting engaging briefs, providing ongoing creative mentorship, ultimately guiding them into full-time positions. Plus, working closely with the board leadership team, I was responsible for the management of the creative teams’ individual performance reviews with realistic, tangible goals. All of which resulted in a thriving creative department - ensuring morale, motivation, career progression, professionalism and creativity were all maintained to the highest level.

MAR 2019 – JAN 2021:  INTEGER LONDON

Role: Creative Director

After 8 months of successful freelancing - answering briefs, creating engaging solutions and strategic problem solving on a daily basis, whilst building productive relationships with the creative team and client services alike - I was approached for the permanent role of Creative Director at Integer, responsible for continuity in maintaining the highest level of creative output for existing clients, in particular the Mars, Optimum Nutrition and Systane accounts, plus instrumental in the securing of new business opportunities. A key player of the London leadership team, also focussed on the motivation, morale and career potential of the talented individuals within this flourishing creative department.

Clients: Mars, Optimum Nutrition, Sharp’s Brewery, Nicorette, Philips, Alcon, Naked.

OCT 2017 – AUG 2018: INITIALS MARKETING

After seven months of freelancing at Initials, during which I built strong collaborative relationships across the creative, strategy and client services teams, and earned the respect of our clients, I was invited to step into the role of Creative Director and build upon this positive foundation. Continuing the high level of creative excellence, in particular on the Pepsico account. I was also instrumental in the securing of new business wins such as Heineken (2018 category work), The Famous Grouse and Nestlé. As Creative Director I focussed on championing the drive, team spirit and growth of the talented individuals within this flourishing creative department.

Rimmel London.

After joining as Creative Director I was shortly after asked to join the London leadership team. Not only responsible for the quality of all creative generated and produced by the agency and the running of the creative department, but also responsible for the management, shaping, upsizing and streamlining of a thriving creative department. All while maintaining morale and optimum creativity.
